Ben Tinkin
It all begins with Ben. He is your guide to completing the necessary documentation. Although English is not his first language if you talk slowly he generally gets most of it. Immigration Australia doesn’t really notice anyway. They are not exactly rocket scientists themselves.
Ilene Alittabit
Ilene takes all the incoming calls she went to school in Australia so her English is top notch. She mostly works downstairs at the Bankstown club but can type stuff up, flick out emails and take the cash payments when they come in. She a good sport.
